This thing
is called a BURQ'AH. It is an all enveloping over-garment that Afghani
women are REQUIRED to wear outside their homes as ordered by the
Taliban regime. There's a hole cut in the back of it and it looks
like there's some kind of dried liquid around it. I don't know what
the hell that's all about.
