Rastan was only commenting on the fact that Gary was saying that, because it is an F-16, it must be an Air Force plane. He wasn't saying this particular plane is a Navy jet, and he is correct, the Navy still has approximately 40 F-16's in service for use in dissimilar air combat training. This particular plane appears to be part of the Air Force Thunderbirds. At least, that's what the shoulder patch and the paint scheme of the plane look like.
